I ordered a pair of Uggs boot for Christmas. It has been enough time I should have at least gotten a tracking number. I have emailed from the site three times this week, with no response - although it says you will receive a response within 24 hours. I cannot believe this has happened. I am calling my bank in the morning to file a formal complaint. I am sick... Money is so hard to come by as it is and now my little girl may miss out on the one thing she begged for as gift.
