The power adapter on my son's new MAC quit working. I signed up on line to have a customer service rep call me at work. He called at exactly the time I asked for; he was polite and helpful and they are sending a new adapter via Fedx which I will receive in 2 days. This is the way customer service should be! Kudos to Apple.
