Ripoff-kept renewing membership with out notifying (3years) $900.00 Englewood, Florida

I called them and asked them why they were taking out $25.00 dollars a month and they told me I had not canceled my membership. I asked her what they were going to do about all the money they had taken from my wifes credit card. She told me that I to go on line and cancel the account. I did this and still have not heard from them. We have never used this account since the day we got it.
