People's Choice Savings rewards Scammed my account for my sons disability funds

This (so-called) company called my cell phone when i was on my way to work, and conveniently advised me that they needed to verify all of my information with me so that they could secure it and get me started with a credit line of $1500.00 to start Christmas shopping. I never thought (because I had 3 children in my vehicle that i was sidetracked. Trying to listen to the kids and this agent) that i was for 1 second of being scammed., the agent proceeded to tell me that for $200.00 i would have a credit line of 2000.00 and would receive my card within 5-7 days. That was a lie, this company took 219.95 out of my son's disability funds in my account, sent me a gold piece of plastic with the wrong name on it and no way to log into their web address without a special password that was wrong as well... I called 4 days before the money was to be taken out of my acct and the agent told me that it happens 7-10 days before the actual due date. I told her at that point in time that i wanted it cancelled out and wanted the money re-embursed back into my acct and that it was wrong what this company has done. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them. The company (People's Choice) would not answer the phone after trying to be contacted, i made several (at least 10) personal phone calls myself to PC and how convenient that the number was disconnected. Go figure. I sent 2 letters advising PC that i did call to cancel and that I wanted the funds reimbursed back into my acct and then i would leave it alone. Still to this present day, I did not receive a phone call back nor have i gotten any response besides a letter from the BBB, stating that there was nothing that they could do to get my son's money back. It takes some guts to take money from a disabled child. God will work in mysterious ways.
