Miscellaneous

From july to december we were charged 36 dollars per month for trivia questions that we were receiving but had no idea why. Now in december we are informed that we are being charged ridiculous amounts of money for questions we had no idea why we were receiving. Apparently the company used an "IQ quiz" that send a pin the phone that when you texted back it started charging you. I am a 14 year old boy and i feel as if i've been used and my parents are very upset with me even though i do not recall ever texting this number or even being aware that the annoying texts costed such a outrageous amount of money. I would have thought that they would have informed us that we were being charged for trivia questions but nothing was ever said until six months when our bill was higher than we expected and our phone company said to call the number and of course THEN they mention oh yeah youve been paying tremendous amounts of money for a useless function. Me and my family would be very pleased if we could have some sort of compensation for our lost funds for i am only 14 years old and we had no clue that the company had ever charged us anything until recently.
