I first met with the plantiff (Kim Handy) who wanted to do some marketing for the animal clinic. She showed me her portfolio and I was impressed. Her fee was $1500.00 and I paid a deposit of $900.00. After a period of time, her portfolio and work production didn't match up at all. I decided to hire another marketing consultant for the same services promised by the plantiff (Kim Handy). I didn't ask her for a refund for any other services not completed.in addition, she was seeking a new residency and I referred her to a realtor company. I had no relationship with her dealings of buying the property. The plantiff filed a lawsuit with the realtor company and the judge couldn't find grounds to pursue this matter any further. Someone please help her because I don't think she understands how a business transaction works. I don't know why she's (Kim Handy) is trying to slander my credibility over the internet.
