1. The Plantiff Onyero Onyeacholem brings a complaint against the defendant The Baxam Group, Inc, which was incurred in connection with business representation.
2. The Defendant knowingly committed breach of contract and fraud against defendant.
3. The Plantiff had entered into a business relationship and contract with the defendant. The agreement certified that $9000 was given to Andre Baxam by the Plantiff for the purposes of obtaining a $400,000 business line of credit for Mainstreet Business Solutions (Mainstreet Investors, LLC) from a private funding source in Los Angeles, CA. The first $200,000 was supposed to become available by April 3 which did not happen. If the first $200,000 did not become available by April 3 there was a penalty rate of 5% per month plus the expectation that the defendant would provide $500 each month towards the payment of the $9000. Based upon the contract, if the full $400,000 did not become available to Mainstreet Business Solution (Mainstreet Investors, LLC) by May 3, the private funding source and/or Andre Baxam of the Baxam Group was supposed to release the back to Onyero Onyeacholem.
4. As of June 1, the $400,000 never became available to Mainstreet Business Solutions (Mainstreet Investors, LLC.) The Baxam Group, Inc. Never provided $500 each month to help towards the payment of the $9000 nor the 5% penalty rate per month.By May 3, Mainstreet Business Solutions (Mainstreet Investors, LLC) never received the line of credit as well as the $9000 back for not providing the line of credit back to Onyero Onyeacholem in full by May 3

WHEREFORE, Plantiff demands judgment of $20,000 plus post
judgment interest, filling fees, and other court costs, and all other relief this deems just
