Unauthorized Bank Charge While Sick and on Fixed Income

There is an unauthorized charge on my bank account from direct v that I did not give them permission to make. I admit that I owe them money but I've been sick and had surgery but that's besides the point, they had no right to take money that I didn't have from my account. I plan on paying them but I need time to get on my feet now all of what little money I had in the bank is gone, and I'm on a fixed income.
