Miscellaneous

I was unemployed and desperate for a loan to get caught up on bills and not lose my car. I applied online. Never got an answer as to wether I was approved or not. Then on Dec. 2 I happen to be on my bank's website and noticed I was overdrawn on an account that had less than $1 balance in it because it is a special use account. When I looked at the transactions I noticed there was a "force check paid" for $30 from Lendnet 101. I went ballistic. Contacted the bank... Called the number the bank gave me. Got a NON ENGLISH speaking person... After raising the roof— was told they would refund the $30 "application fee" in three to seven business days. They claimed the fee was in the terms and conditions. If it is—it is buried in mouse print and not easily seen. It has now been over a week and still no refund. I did get a confirmation number and confirmation email but the email is one of those "donotreply".. I am totally ticked off!
