They charged my bank account without authorization

I recently went into my bank account to check my balance and noticed that there was not as much money there to cover some bills I was about to pay, when the day before I balanced by account to be able to cover them. I researched further and found that there was a non authorized check in the amount of $31.85 from a company called Secure Identity Services. I did not know this company from adam.

I called my bank and they are going to send out a dispute form and investigation will be started. I still could not figure out for the life of me what this company was because on the check image all the information was blured. I then went online to try and research this company but nothing was coming up under that name. I then saw a website called ripoff report that had secure identity services listed so i clicked on it and there it was, a report from another consumer stating he had applied for a cash advance from Last Chance payday loans. I too had started the application process with that company and never finished it.

When I called the customer services number that told me that since i was approved for the loan and even though i did not go thru with the advance they automatically enrolled me into this program. I asked her how is it that you can take money from my account without my authorization and she stated i agreed to this under the terms and conditions. I told her i was not going to pay this and demanded a refund where she gave me this website called www.idtheftrefund.com along with a cancellation number.

I went on the website and submitted my request and it stated if eligible i will be issued a refund within 72 hours, (if eligible?). I am going to wait and if within 72 hours my money is not back into my bank account I will be filing a lawsuit.
