Ordered a coach bag, credit card supposedly declined but charge went through anyway. Put credit card number in again, charge took again. Bank fraud division called and said thought company was fraud as they were in China and charged my credit card twice. Advised bank to cancel card and decline charges. Realypay seems to be a fraud company.
