Ordered a bag came as a fake, not authentic cheaply made, tried to contact company for return was told I didn't meet their criteria. Which I copied and pasted there own policy which states I can at least exchange it. Sick and tired of emailing back and forth with absulutely no resolution offered. These people should be in jail, my two year old could make a better fake then these a$e$. I am out the money and a crappy bag that no one at the thrift store would even purchase for a quarter. Good riddens Karma makes its way around.
