On December 9, I received the same letter from Michael Quest. He was named as the claim agent, stating we won $150,000. He attached a check in the amount of $3,980. When I called him, he said I should call him back after I deposit the check. At that time, he will provide me with the name of the person and where to pay the taxes owed from my winnings. At that time the remaining $146,000 would be sent to me—what a scam!
