I sent them over 4600 dollars thru Western Union with the "guarantee" by a Mr. Vincent Davis that I was going to have a 10,000 loan placed in my checking account by the morning of Nov 10.2011. When this didn't happen, i demanded my money back& he said I would get my refund no later than 11/27. I habven't received a cent, and have written to the Attorney Generals of both Georgia and Pennsylvania to no avail. Please help. This whole ordeal began on 10/31/11- 11/10 when i demanded my money back. Now, they are unable to be reached by phone or email.
