South Atlantic Commerce told me that if i sent them 750.00 they would issue me and loan for 6000.00 then the next day Mr. Davis called and said that they needed another 750.00 to do with the insurance stuff so I issued them another 750 and then he called me back a few days later and said the lender back out of the deal. And they told me i would recieve a refund on Dec. 8th. And it is christmas and I dont have money for my kids for christmas so please help me out...
