I can't remember where I found the website info. Entered very minimal personal information on the website. Three weeks later, the initial check came in the mail. I called my son to tell him he should apply and he cautioned me to check the validity of the check before making any deposit. So I checked the possibility of this being a scam and found other people had reported the same thing. I will have to be smarter.
