I was looking for software to bacup xbox 360 games. I bought the software from plimus for $29.99 which was deducted from my account. What they didn't advertise was all the extras you would need to compliment this software. After seeing that, i immediately ask for a refund by email to "admin@copyanygame.com." to this date and 6 emails, i have not heard from this company. They did though, take my money. Please advise.
