Our company contracted with DBC to prepare and submit grant applications to places that had been found thru a data base and we were qualified to recieve.included in this contract was a business plan to be prepared by DBC using an extensive application filled out by our company with all of our information. I did recieve a business plan but it did not reflect the information provided by our company and was not close to representing our business. To date I have not received any grant information even tho I had been told in the beginning that the application were time sensitive and I would soon recieve a list of the places that the grants were submitted. Now the business phone # that I was provided and the same one on the web site is temorarily out of service and the representitive that assured me she (Hinda Hinden) would always be available to me does not answer her cell or her home phone and the girl (sarah) who prepared the business plan does not reply to my emails.
