I was getting ready to pay my cell phone bill, and it was higher than normal. Upon checking it I saw that I was charged $39.96 for premium messageing. I never text don't have it on my phone acct. I never signed up and have never accepted or responded to any texts. Called my Cell phone provider and was told to pay the amoumt and they would adjust bill next month. I'm not going to pay for something I did not order.
