I am being charged $12.97/month for unknown reasons without my permission.
The farthest back in my account I can go right now is 6/7 through 11/29 (most recent charge). 19 deductions at $12.97 each = $246.43.
I've had several card changes in the past few years due to unauthorized activity on my account and the deductions have continued to occur no matter which card I have activated and i'm not sure how this is happening.
I would like to know how this is happening, when it first started and how much I should be reimbursed. This is not even including overdraft/insufficent fund fees that may have resulted from these charges.
