I applied for a loan, but did not accept it. They first hit my account from $. 01 to $. 03,4 separate times. Than they hit my acct for $30.00. Why i dont know. I called and was told the $30.00 will be refunded. As of today i have not received the refund. It has been 7 days. While typing this letter i finally spoke with a customer service rep and was told i should receive a refund in 48 hours. Themanager name is toni wayne. Yeah right.
