Checking out site and thought I was signing up for "free" 25 bids but wound up with $99 charged to my account. Now I'm even more suspicious as every time I seem about to "win" an auction, I get a "bid not valid" pop-up. What keeps Z Biddy from 'winning' their own auctions, making (literally) thousands in the process, and then reposting the item? Is any (agency) checking them out???
