I ordered ColoCleansePro's fee trial offer. Only charges were to be for shipping. I placed the order on November 8th and on November 10, the charge of $3.09 Canadian was applied to my account. On November 22 I tryed to use my credit card but couldn't because ColoCleansePro had just charged 86.06 to my account. My bank said I couldn't do anything about it becasue it had only been authorized but not yet added to my account. On the 22nd, I tried to call ColoCleanse pro at 1-877-245-1479 but the phone was answered by a machine and then I was put on hold. I called back several times and it happened each time although I used several different options to get through. On the 24th, they put the charge through. The phone number attached to that "order" (1-800-761-6643) doesn't work at all. When I tried to find them on the internet it took several tries before I could get a link that connected me to their "Free Trial site" The others links directed me to a penny auction site. I have asked my bank to reverse the charge on my account.in the meantime, today I actually received my "free"sample of ColoCleanse capsules mailed from P.O. Box 5001, SE-202 26 Malmo Sweden. The description of contents says: "AM Computing Network Inc." It was mailed on the 10th of November. U.S. Tariff and country of origin is the States. The sender is Lindsay Burton. The Exemption Code is NOEEI 30.36. The address on the envelope is P.O. Box 2999, Riverton, Utah 84065-2099. On the web site I saw today they say their address is Texas. Today, I finally spoke to two people (somewhere in the world) representing ColoCleanse. They said the terms and conditions of my "contract"state I have to let them know withing 2 weeks of the order if I wanted to cancel. That was it. No refund. So now I finally have the sample 28 days after I ordered it and obviously have not tried it yet. How could I possibly determine if it worked if I didn't have it? This is definetely a scam. I'll be the capsules they send are full of tea or some other ground up cheap substance. That's all. Beware are these scam artists.
