I guess I am lucky? I received the boots. They are fake!!! Outside is rough might be cow hide, inside is synthetic pile, soles are so hard I don't think walking would be possible. I received no packing slip, no return info and web site has link that says returns it is only tracking. They won't respond back to me. I went to my bank to find out about getting charges reversed. Was told I need to return boots, it would cost $120.00 to return, but U.S.P.S. Sent back as refused. Merchant refused my return. So now I am arguing with VISA trying to get my money back. I feel I am being treated like the crook not the fraudelent company. I also filed a report with Customs and UGG Boots. Good Luck All.
