Be careful of James Lebeau. I agreed to rent him a property, and he said he would pay me a certain amount I did't even receive a fraction of it after 2 months, I filled to evict him however he dragged it out hiding from the process server, and saying he didn't know there was court. Then during the hearing he would miss them and then we would go back to court, or he would attend via phone always citing his mother was sick.

Completely untrue, he lied on multiple occasions including to the judge I spoke to his mother she wasn't sick, and after some digging i found out he was in jail for bad checks. Now i consider myself quite savvy but this guy gave me wrong name, wrong soce sec number, a bogus tax id. It comes down to the simple fact he is someone i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy do business with.
