James Hooks/Hooks Enterprises is a scam!

I have just ended a 4 month long ordeal that was supposed to last 30 days with HCW/James Hooks. Near the end of this process I happened upon this review of his shoddy work on RR (and wished I had come to it earlier).. Seeing that other folks had issues with him.
Indeed, James Hooks is a scammer. I gave him 4 months to prove the RR report wrong and he didn't. At a point of calling him 5,10, 15 times a day and him ALWAYS being unvavailable, I was able to chat with one of the 'assistants' who answer the phone. And indeed they ARE an answering service. And can only ping him. They can't walk down the hall and look at him.
Only after I found he had been lying to me for the last 3 months. Confirmed in email and by a neutral party, and I asked him in a very stern email if he had been lying to me... Only THEN did he call me back... And rather quickly. Hm. So. No meetings? No. "he's out of the office"? And why the prompt response now? Because I found out he indeed HAS been lying. And the allegations on RR were indeed true. And so now.in order to keep my money he threatens to sue me. For some crazy statement that makes no sense whatsoever. I WELCOME a lawsuit. I have 2 lawyer friends who would love to be in the court room on this one.
Rest assured I will make sure evearyone on CL and everyone else know he's a fraud. One of the other posts on RR said use his services at your own risk? I'll tell you this. Dont use him at all. My experience has been scam/fraud/liar for 4 months. I am telling you stand clear of him if your money has any value to you at all.
And James I hope you DO read this. And I hope you 'try' to dispute any of it. I gave you every chance to prove me or the other RR report wrong. You didn't. Change your name, change your business and come back as someone else, because I will do my best to warn everyone I can about you!
