I ordered a pair of ugg boots from the above company on 11/25, a payment was issued to the above company on 11/26 through a company called wedopay (using my visa debit card). My order is still processing, and the website states that orders are shipped within 48hrs once payment is received. I have an account set up with the company, I e-mailed them about my purchase and I have not gotten a reply, I have sent numerous emails, I even tried to contact them through live chat, still no response.
