Ordered Nikon D7000 camera and got an email stating they could not complete my order until I called them. It took a week to get hold of someone. They could not process Amex and needed an additional credit card.
They asked which waranty I wanted the 3 or 5 year (additional $150- $300) & which battery (only comes with 30 minute demo battery)... Turns out the camera was not the USA model - and was not covered by Nikon; I also would not have cables, strap, or manuals that accompany the US model... It would cost $550.00 more to get the US model. Far more expensive than the other sites. I cancelled the order and will be watching very carefully to make sure no fruadulant charges appear on my statement.
