3rd party billing showed up on my statement for 8 weeks (ten dollars a week) for 'mozoot ask service' which we a) never opted in for, and b) didn't reply YES to. Rogers refuses to give my money back or remove the charges since they apparently have the right to bill rogers on my behalf. Putting in a complaint through https://www.ccts-cprst.ca / because I never authorized these charges and i'm angry. I've been calling the number for mozoot at 1-720-496-4515 which is located in Denver, CO. I have emailed them (support@mozoot.com) and they still refuse to return my money even though they offered to mail me a cheque. It's been months, no money, and they now claim they never got an email from me.
