Have about $100 in fraudulent "third party charges" on my Rogers wireless bill (Canada) from 2WayTraffic for "SMS Jumble", never heard of it, don't use text messaging. Have filed formal complaint with CCTS (Canadian Regulatory Agency), RCMP, Rogers, and asked my MP (only Green in parliament) to put a private member's bill in on requiring wireless telcos to get customer approved evidence of third party charges. Regulatory changes required by US and Canada to fix this problem.
