Harvey klienman advertises dry cleaner franchise opportunies. The ad clearly states that your $5000 deposit is refundable even if you change your mind about opening a cleaners. After a long time thinking about it and harvey constant calls. We decided to give it a try. Big mistake! Its been pure hell since. After he took our money he became the worst businessman i have ever met. When we changed our minds because of the collateral that was ask for in july harvey gave us the run around. It is december 3 and he is still giving us the run around. He yells at you and hangs the phone up on you and refuses to answer his phone for days. You just have to keep calling and leaving messages or until he decides to talk to you. On november 21 he promised to send me $2750 back and would call his finance team and see if they would sent the remaining $2250 and they agreed. I even called them myself for confirmation and they agreed. They sent me a letter stating that they would send the same letter to harvey and he would have to be the one to send their portion of the deposit back to me since he was the one to sent it to them. I even sent him a copy just to know he recieved it. The next day harvey had a dementia moment. He didn't remember telling me that. Lucky for me i had a family member in the car with me and they heard him. I informed him that i had a witness. He yelled at me and hung the phone up on me and would not answer his phone. I'm geared up to go legal with him and to the media or anyone else in order to get my money back. I hope you can asisst with getting my money back.
