I filed a complaint on here before for them but I want to followup with all of you. They will pretty much ignore phone complaints. But, I filed complaints with the online complaint forms at the FTC and the BBB. They finally replied and agreed to refund the fee and cancel my account.

There were 9 existing complaints against them on the BBB site.

File a complaint and you'll get their attention, and a refund!

(FYI: I also did this to Funding Assurance; another company that did the exact same thing on 10/28.
