The purpose of this letter is for the proper refund to be issued for a cancelled telmarketing campaign.

Effective 3/22/04, i cancel and request full refund of fees paid for a telemarketing campaign. The toal amount of my demand is $2200. This includes $2165 paid and $35 in return item fees charged to me for you all attempting to present a check fradulently.

You all have misrepresented your company and did not start the campaign when i was told it would start and attempted to fradulently cash a check that was to be returned to me.

According to law, you all have 72 hours to have a refund check to me at the listed address as wells as the check that was attempted to be cashed fradulently.

Failure to do so will result in immediate legal suit. The california attorney general and the california bbb have already been contacted.
