I noticed a transaction in the amount of. 01 and. 05 last week. I thought it was extremely odd. I had gone to check my account prior to going to lunch, and my account was short $30. I was given a number so I called the number. I was told that I owed this amount, and I informed the staff that I did not authorize any funds to come out of my account. The staff was persistent about getting me to pay this amount. I spoke with a supervisor, and he was also. I did inform them that if funds are taken out of my account that I will pursue criminal charges against their group. So frustrating
