This company has promised me a refund on two separate occasions and never processed it. The advertisement was misleading, so when I received a confirming email just minutes after placing the order, I called immediately and asked that the service not be set up, and that I be refunded. They promised to do so and didn't. Now, I can't get any answer when I call, just a voice message that says to open a claim by stating the issue and they will call back within 4 hours. They never do. I am reporting this to the district attorney here in California and in Texas where they claim to be based.
