I ordered some items totaling $50.13 off of the Pizbismokeshop.com site on Nov 8th. My account status says PENDING. What is pending? I wondered. Since they have my credit card number which by the way they have taken money out of my account immediately after ordering. I have tried calling their 800 # (800 426 0862) and it rings once then the line goes blank. I set up a "status ticket" (used for customer service if you have a problem to resolve) No one has contacted me. I did receive an email stating that I had a status number. On the site I tried to see the status of my status ticket and that function does not work as it states that user needs to be authenticated. BUT, My account pulls up with my order when I go to my account stats. So I applied for a new status number and entered the new number and again it does the same thing. I googled pizbi to locate other phone numbers. Found a number in California and called it (805 526 3544) That number also rings and then goes blank. So I NOW and under the assumption that this is a bogus company that takes your money and never sends you your items. And probably sell my credit card info as well.
