Cannot get update on merchandise ordered. Changed phone number and no one answers

I am getting a bad feeling about this company. I have tried to get an update on the merchandise I ordered and paid for on 12/23/07. I called the Customer Service number on the web site and found they changed the number; also changed the fax number to the same number they say is their new main number (how can that be?) That new number is either constantly busy or when it finally rings, no one answers it. The online order status gives no details concerning if the item was sent out yet.

I should have done this before I ordered the items, but I decided to see if there were any complaints against the company. Lo and behold, I found at least two others with the same complaint as mine. I am filing a complaint with both my credit card company, Pay Pal and the Better Business Bureau.
