Charged me a application fee for a loan i never took out. Hung up on me twice and the last supervisor carlos told me he could sleep very! Comfortabably knowing that only 1000 of the million using the website have complained. Well duhh carlos only 1000 have noticed youve ripped them off right away! The other 9000 are busy working a real job, taking care of kids, being sick, paying bills housing and auto expenses, celebrating life, moarning death, and all the other things we spend our life doing. To pay attention to someone coming in the night and stealing 30 dollars out of our accounts. But the 30 dollars add up. And it isnt fair. So carlos. You and your company need to be stopped!
