Stay away from these crooks. Carlos Vivas guaranteed me a return on my investment and I lost everything. Carlos Vivas is a liar and a cheat. He disregarded my investment wishes and misrepresented the returns I would get on my investments. He refuses to take my calls and I see my life's savings dwindling away to nothing.
