Got on facebook and played my games w/o permission. I paid over 1100 dollars to my credit card on November 21, and thought it was over, but she kept it up in spite of my stern reminders. I'm out almost 3000 dollars. Please delete my membership and my credit information. If the problem can be resolved in my favor, please credit my card with 1500 dollars, and I will be sad but gone.
