This bank bought our mortgage from our lender. We filled out application for Home Affordable Modification Program. They sent us an offer of a payment higher than what we were already paying. We told them over and over and over we were not doing it. They have continued to give us the run around and still expect the higher payment and have set up an escrow account. Everytime we speak with them, we are told it takes a few days to make these changes. Though these were supposed to be done over a month ago. They have also reported false information to credit bureaus making it impossible for us to refinance with anyone else.
