I approved a charge for 2.97 for a grant kit. I tried speaking to a agent on line with no assistance and then to customer service who was not helpful at all, and perfectly rude. My bank is looking into the charge. This came through Facebook. This is really shameless especially for someone who is looking for educational grants and they got my Facebook profile that I was going to school. Facebook should not allow this kind of advertising... And they are IPO FOR 100 billion. Shameless.
