I was given a short notice 11-1-11 about a man SUDDENLY dying on 10-28-11, Massive Heart Attack! ALSO given notice the day my Mother died in 2004. I have known him & his Family for 40yrs. His sister passed away from Cancer 2005 @ age 49 yrs old. The last I knew he was in Ohio. Being the short notice & sickly, I signed the guest book on-line via Dignity Memorial. I seen an ad From Blooms Today for a "small" Peace Lilly for $19.99. I called an placed order from phone NOT the internet. I have tried to CANCEL. NO you still have time to take advantage of discounts etc. I have NEVER received an E-Mail to log on etc. I called AGAIN. Long hold. Dropped call. I was on a land-line phone. Called Back, wish I wouldn't have, Cancel. O MY rude lady. I see U have never logged on. SCARY to me she can see ALL this!!! I was originally charged $64.02 on 11-4-11. Then another $9.99 on the same day. I was given a credit from for $30.00 on 11-4-11. I was told that I would be give a credit of $36 and change. I can not find where I wrote ALL this down. I asked a friend who was able to attend, did U see a Peace Lilly. No, I do not re-call see'n one. They said it was sent. Gave me Confirmation #WHATEVER? Told the lady CANCEL. You STILL have time, practically screaming at me. WELL they won't charge me no more. I have cancelled that card to make SURE. I am on Disability. Fixed income. Like some of the other reviews said. Do Not order from them etc. Go to a local florist. There is one a few streets down that is owned my elderly people. My daughter went to school with their Grand-daughter. I wish. Even though I looked like HELL. Crying, grieving for my Mother, now Eugene I would have went there instead of get'n taken advantage of!!! I really do not know what to put in the Monetary Damage box being that I am an HONEST person. I wrote above what I was told, so I can only make a true as I can estimate! Personally... Since I never seen the flowers. Lied to, etc. ALL of it.
