In Aug 31 I purchased from digitalhunter.com, a DSLR with a lens and additional accessories. They shipped from me the DSLR and some accessories. The lens and other accessories was late. So I asked them to cancel the lens ($749.99) and refund me the money, Late Sep 2011.in Oct, for the other accessories, they told me that they cannot ship them, and they will refund me $100.
After long struggle and many phone calls to them, they sent me an email on 9 Nov, indicating they refunded the $849.99 to my credit card. It has been now 20 days, and nothing reflected on my card account. I called them twice already, and they claim that the money left their account, and I should follow up with my bank. The bank says that nothing came, and I trust them.
Please advise how I can get my money back.
