They said they would help me clean my computer and make my computer run faster.

I went to their chat room, I explained my problem, but after answering every question with the exact same response, I realized that I was talking to a computer. I finally told them I would be reporting them to the BBB. Any hope I'll recoup my money? I'm an older lady & I am so embarassed about being scammed out of almost $200.00.
