The site did not state that it was a broker. I submitted form and when received a call from them said would like to cancel they said I can not do it over the phone, but the payment went from my bank within 5 minutes. I said that it's just happened and would like my refund so was refused. They say that it will take 14 days and I do not believe I'll get my money back...
