I started this program in late October or early November in order to reduce my credit card debt. I have done everything that F.I.R.E. Required which included paying them each month. The first year most of the money I had to pay was to them which was like $672 a month, then after the first year, I put money in an account to build to repay creditors but they still get $29/month until everything is settled. I have told them on numerous occasions that I have money to settle a couple accounts but to date nothing has been done to settle. I have been served with two civil summons on this. I ended up paying one account without their help. I have asked for all my money back since they did not help me and have been told that they can't do that. I have since asked again that they settle the second account (that was in June of this year) and to date nothing has been done.
