Ripoff Dead beat Dad N.C. Child Support Enforcement & Social Services said to help us as single parents are worthless Shelby, North Carolina

I am totally disabled and we all know what kind of income that is. The last child support check was first week of September. Social Services has taken 7 1/2 months to find absent father. My son is 14,5'9" tall and weighs 165 lbs.

Needless to say, he is growing fast and becomes more exspensive to provide for as time goes by. The dead beat has been finally located, in Ohio. Because the order is originally for South Carolina,

It is very easy for him to quit jobs (has become a part of his yearly behaviour!) and not tell his newest employer about wage with-holding. All these laws said to help us as single parents are almost worthless. What happened to: bad credit reporting, revocation of drivers license, income tax with-holding and even being arrested for disrespecting the Court?

Also, in the court order he is to carry my son on his employer's insurance, been on medicaid for 14 years. God help us!!
