I lost £3.00 on Monday and topped UP £10.00 whereby I lost £9.00 straightaway. I phoned my mobile provider Orange in panic and was told to put in STOPALL84459 which I did at once. They then told me to wait 24hours. I have waited 48 hours and just topped up £10 and straightaway I lost £6.00. This is disastrous, I am a Senior Citizen. These people must be stopped. I have tried to phone them but they are always busy and I am being charged for the 0870 number. This is scandalous.
