I applied for a payday with the understanding that there would be a processing fee regardless of approval decision. The money has been deducted from my account, however I have not been able to contact the company for a decision. I emailed the company, but received an auto-reply message stating that they get too many applications and that it takes time to process then. I can never reach someone on the phone, rather I sit on hold forever. I have had a couple of micro-withdrawls come out of my checking account also; this worries me. I think th only logical steo is for me to close my account to protect myself.
